Primary Responsibilities –

- · Communication
- · Employee Relations and welfare
- · Performance Management
- · Any other administrative task.
- · Policy’s & Manual preparation
Qualifications
- · A degree / Masters in HR.
- · Minimum 3 years experience in factory set-up
- · Training oriented
- · Soft skills in HRIS applications.
- · Good working knowledge of employment and statutory laws
- · Good problem solving skills
- · Good analytical skills
- · Interpersonal skills.
