looking for a self motivated and result oriented Business
Development Manager to work in Kenya, reporting to the Chief
Executive Officer
The person will lead the Marketing function by :

- Developing and implementing marketing strategies
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
- Develop Creative Concepts for branding and Advertising
- Developing a fully integrated Marketing plan
- Set and Develop set targets for his / her department
- Mentoring and developing the marketing team
- Participate in local and international trade shows.
Required
Qualifications, Skills and Knowledge
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Diploma in sales & Marketing from a reputable institution. Bachelor’s degree in Tourism Management would be an added advantage.
- Atleast three years experience in tours and travel or hospitality industry.
- Ability to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies.
- Proven ability to set and meet sales targets
- Should be excellent in oral and written communication / presentations.
- A self-motivated individual and an excellent team player able to influence others
Terms:
Negotiable
including possibility of working on Commission and retainer.
