We are a well established microfinance institution operating in Kenya; we require the services of smart, self-motivated, hard working and productive individuals to fill the following positions.

Finance Officer Minimum Requirements

• A bachelors degree in a business related field preferably Accounting/Finance, Economics, Business Administration or Banking options
• Professional qualification in accounting (CPA K) or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years experience in a busy accounting environment in a financial institution, one of which must be at supervisory level.
• Ability to carry out financial analysis, financial projections and budgeting

Branch Manager Minimum Requirements

• A Bachelors Degree in Business Administration/Finance/Microfinance/Social Studies with a minimum of three years experience inmicrofinance.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Kiswahili.
• Excellent report writing skills.
• Computer literate with working knowledge of basic package such as word, excel, power point.

Credit Officers Minimum Requirements

• A diploma in business Administration, social studies, cooperative, community development, banking, 2 to 3 years working experience.
• A degree will be an added advantage.
• Be fluent in writing and spoken English and Kiswahili
• Be computer literate with working knowledge of basic packages such as excel.
