- To carry out Land/Survey work related to Council projects including works necessary for ground rates valuation.
Qualifications
- Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education mean Grade C- or its relevant and equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
- A Diploma in Land Surveying by the Kenya National Examination Council or possess any other accepted equivalent qualification.
2. Works Officer III

- Supervision of artisans and staff involved in maintenance of Council’s Institutions and Installations.
- Initiation of procurement of materials and tools used in the above.
