Maintenance Team Leader
Key
Duties & Responsibilities
- Supervision, training and motivation of plant maintenance team
- Planning and management of plant maintenance program using comput¬erised maintenance management system (CMMS)
- Production of technical drawings on AutoCAD
- Implementation of TPM and 55 programs
- Management of maintenance inventory
- Maintaining and enforcing plant safety program
Minimum
Qualifications
- Higher National Diploma (HND) in Mechanical (Plant Option) or Electrical (Power Option) Engineering
- 7 years post qualification experience in a manufacturing environment with a minimum of 3 years at supervisory level
- Experience with pneumatics, hydraulics and 3 phase power systems
Maintenance Technician (Electrical & Mechanical)
Key
Duties & Responsibilities
- Installation, maintenance and repair of electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, instrumentation and power distribution equipment and systems
- Scheduling equipment maintenance on CMMS
- Trouble shooting and resolving mechanical issues
- Fabrication (turning, milling, welding)
- Initiating requests for maintenance supplies
- Ensuring safety in mechanical and electrical work
Minimum
Qualifications
- O-Level Certificate (Minimum Grade 'C')
- Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- 5 years industrial electrical (3 phase systems) experience
Logistics Assistant
Key
Duties & Responsibilities
- Raw materials planning and forecasting
- Requisitioning of raw materials and progressing of both local and overseas orders to ensure timely delivery
- Inspecting, receiving, recording and issuing of raw materials
- Implementing and sustaining 5S program at all warehouses
- Ensuring safe storage and preservation of all raw materials
Minimum
Qualifications
- O-Level Certificate (Minimum Grade 'C')
- Diploma in Logistics or Purchasing & Supplies (CILT or CIPS)
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and use of an ERP system
- Import & export processes and documentation experience is mandatory
