Short Term Competition Officer
The
EAC Competition Act deals with issues of anti monopoly, cartels and unfair
distributions, consumer protection, mergers and acquisitions among other
areas.
The
EAC competition authority is to be established hinged on national authorities.
The
short term Competition Officer is requested to undertake activities that are
related with competition law of EAC as relating to EAC Customs Union and Common
Market.
