A
leading private company manufacturing food grade flexible packaging materials
within Nairobi is seeking a competent person with proven track record to fill
the position of a Quality Systems Manager
with immediate effect.
This
is a key position which, in addition to other responsibilities will include;
- Putting
together the company’s ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System,
- Ensuring
that the process needed for the quality management system are established,
implemented and maintained,
- Reporting
to top management on the performance of the quality management system and
any need for improvement(s),
- Ensuring
the promotion of customer requirement & awareness throughout the
organization,
- Liaison
with external parties on matters relating to the company’s Quality
Management System,
- Undertaking
any other ISO related function that the management may deem appropriate to
pursue for the good of the organization and business.
- The
successful candidate will also feature as a management representative in
all ISO and any other Quality management system related matters.
Acceptable
Minimum Qualifications
A
university degree from any recognized institution, preferably in science or
masters in a related field, or business administration with over 5 years
working experience in quality management systems.
Any
experience working in a printing or flexible packaging materials manufacturing
company within Nairobi will be an added advantage.
