To strengthen our competence, we are seeking to fill the following positions.
Internal Auditor
Location: Nairobi
The position will require you to maintain a strong internal control system in all departments within the company.
Minimum requirements are at least five years’ experience in a similar position and a CPA (K)/University degree with a focus on Finance/Accounts.
Operations Co-Ordinator
Location: Mombasa
The position will require you to co-ordinate the operations to primarily service the market clusters effectively in liaison with transport department.
Minimum requirements are at least:
- Three years’ experience in a similar position
- Diploma in tours and travel operations from a reputable institution.
- Excellent inter-personal skills
- Fluency in foreign languages is an added advantage
ICT Support
Location: Mombasa
The position will require you to provide ICT support in our Mombasa office as well as help in systems development within Private Safaris.
Minimum requirements are:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related Information Technology degree.
- Experience with MS products (Windows 2003/2008 Server, Exchange, Office etc)
- Solid knowledge of LAN/WAN plus configurations; IP Telephony
- Knowledge of programming language i.e Jave script, Oracle, SQL, C++
- Advanced hardware and software troubleshooting skills.
- Must possess above average organization skills, excellent communication skills and able to demonstrate problem solving skills.
Transport Manager
Location: Nairobi
The position will require you to manage the company’s fleet, supervise the transport staff and maintain an efficient quality control system.
Minimum requirements are:
- Diploma in Motor Vehicle Mechanics and/or Fleet Management and Logistics
- Training in fleet management or Mechanical Engineering is desired
- Experience in managing a profit centre will be a key advantage
- At least 10 years’ experience in a similar transport environment, three of which should be in a senior position
- Possess a clean driving license
- Service-oriented, honest, hands-on personality and adaptability to change
Assistant Transport Manager
Location: Mombasa
The position will require you to assist in management of the company’s fleet, supervising the transport staff and enforcing standards.
Minimum requirements are:
- Diploma in Motor Vehicle Mechanics and/or Fleet Management and Logistics
- Training in fleet management or Mechanical Engineering is desired
- At least 3 years experience in a similar transport environment
- Possess a clean driving license
- Service-oriented, honest, hands-on personality and adaptability to change
Airport and Hotel Customer Service Representative
Location: Nairobi
We are looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative (German and French/Spanish or any other foreign language).
The position will require you to ensure positive, smooth, efficient and cost effective operation and good relationship with clients/guests
Minimum requirements are:
- Demonstrated passion for excellence with respect to treating and caring for customers with high intergrity.
- Diploma in Tour Operations/Customer Care.
- Strong decision making and problem solving abilities.
- Strong detail orientation and excellent communication/listening skills.
- Willingness to work within a flexible schedule.
- Similar experience in the tourism industry.
- Fluency in speaking the foreign languages is a must.
Flights Specialist
Location: Nairobi
The position requires you to arrange and co-ordinate all flights and travel requirements for both staff and clients including visa handling services and providing destination information.
Minimum requirements are:
- Diploma in advance IATA and tour operations with excellent knowledge and experience of
- Galileo and Amadeus
- At least 3 years’ experience in a similar position with an airline/travel agent
- Service orientation, honesty, hands on person with adaptability to change
- Excellent interpersonal skills
