Main Purpose of the job: To match the properties managed and owned by client with potential and existing clients

Location: Mombasa.
Main Purpose of the job: To match the properties managed and owned by client with potential and existing clients
- Source for property;
- Source for clients;
- Attend events and expos;
- Sell, lease and rent property;
- Pitch boards outside properties managed or let by client;
- Prepare Authority to sell, manage and lease property from existing templates;
- Provide information from Clients to The Head of Properties; and
- Proposal writing to be submitted once approved by the HOD
- Participate at expos/trade fairs as instructed bny the HOD
- Provide property details/descriptions for record purposes
- Provide write-ups for publishing online, on company magazines and on adverts
- Peruse the website and ensure property details are correct
- Any other relevant duties as may be assigned
