Ashton Apparel, a garment manufacturing company in EPZ, located in Mombasa, wishes to recruit qualified HR professional to fill a vacant position of Human Resource Officer.
Minimum requirement and qualifications
Summary of Key Responsibilities will involve but not limited to the following
- Coordinate the recruitment and selection and performance processes
- Oversee the company’s staff welfare
- Handle in Industrial relations, custodian of HR policies/labour laws
- Holder of a business degree and Diploma in HRM,
- Proficient in MS office and three (3) years of experience in HR Matters.
- The preferred age bracket is between 30 to 40 years.
