FMCG Sales and Marketing Supervisor (12k + Commission)

We are in a Fast Moving Consumer Goods primarily selling beverages. 

They are looking for a sales and marketing supervisor. 

Salary 12,000 + Commission

The purpose of the position is to grow business for the client and ensure sales are met. 
 

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Following-up on clients
• Getting new clients and increasing client numbers served
• Responsible for sourcing for sales
• Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers
• Presenting the product well
• Organizing sales meetings and briefings
• Gathering market intelligence and information about competitors in the market

Knowledge & Qualifications

1. Diploma or Certificate in Sales and Marketing
2. Experience in FMCG sales like foods & beverages preferred
3. 1 – 2 years progressive experience in sales and client service
4. Computer literate & good presentation skills
5. Hands on individual able to handle pressure
