Academic: Degree in Public Relations or it’s equivalent
Experience: 2 years in a busy environment
Other: Excellent writing and verbal skills
Duties and responsibilities- Receives and places telephone calls.
- Also may require research skills to troubleshoot customer problems
- Excellent communication abilities and data entry skills are essential
- Performs data entry
