New Installation Sales Managers
Essential Roles and Responsibilities:
- Estimate and prepare bid proposals for new projects
- Develop budgets and schedules
- Read and understanding job plans & specifications
- Make bid presentations to contractors and architects
- Conduct educational meetings with contractors and architects, business review meetings and collaborate with other product lines
- Respond to common inquiries from customers, regulatory agencies or members of the business community
- Close sufficient sales to exceed sales plan objectives and achieve Targets
- Develop a positive ongoing relationship with top management, public groups, consultants, building management and owners
- Generate New Sales Leads
- Report to Board of Directors
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree with an emphasis in Sales/Engineering
- At least 7+ Years work Experience — Same industry will be added advantage
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
