Function: Manager Estate
Reporting to: Director - ProjectsRole: Administration
Profile: Bachelors Degree with 3-5 Years of experience in General Administration with minimum 2 Years experience of Estate Management and Administration.
Key Result Areas:
- To ensure Management of Entire Estate
- To ensure all the movement of stock in and out of estate is properly recorded.
- To ensure Time bound Maintenance of the Estate
- To ensure all the related annual Government approval/license/permits taken in time.
- To ensure the Insurance Cover of the Estate is up to date
- To ensure all the internal fixtures are in place, and to check and record their movement.
- To supervise maintenance staff of the related Estate.
- To ensure all the Statutory Payment like Water/Gas/Electricity, is paid on time.
- Any Other responsibilities as entrusted by management, from time to time.
