A Reputable Farm Located within 15 Kms from Kitale Town is looking for a competent and result oriented individual to fill the position of a Farm Manager.
Qualified and Interested candidates who meet the following requirements are encouraged to apply;
Key Competencies
- A self motivated and transformative team player determined to bring real impact in order to realise the overall objectives of the farm.
- Ability to work under no supervision and meeting agreed performance targets.
- Must be ready to stay on the farm.
- Must indicate at least two referees preferably previous employer.
- At least 10 years relevant experience in a leading organisation in the same industry.
- Relevant Degree certificate in General Agriculture or Equivalent in the following areas; Animal husbandry (Dairy Farming, Poultry, Pigs, Pets etc), Horticulture (General Grocery, Stevia, Bananas etc),Fish farming and Greenhouse Management.
- Knowledge in Agricultural Engineering, Vet Services and Animal feed formulation will be an added advantage.
- A competitive remuneration package will be negotiated with the right candidate.
