- Academic: Degree in Computer Science
- Experience: Not less than 5 years in a busy environment
- Other: Must have solid understanding of JAVA, no average-but-willing-to-work-very-hard-and-learn-on-the-job good people
- Must be willing to travel within and without Africa frequently and on short notices
- Immediate availability is an added advantage
