Key Tasks and Responsibilities
- Report to the board /chairman of the board on weekly basis.
- Leading and work with marketing and sales team.
- Recruiting new Publishers to the concept
- Budget responsibility
- Online Marketing activities
- Take the company forward and expand in Kenya to begin with and later on to the East Africa region.
- Overseeing all business activities including the programming team
- The Individual should have a job in management of a large team
- Individual must be between the age of 35-45 years old.
- Experience in Digital media, online business or the publishing/gaming industry
- Entrepreneurial mind and ability to make the organization grow
- Excellent, negotiation and leading skills
- Over 5 years of experience in the Media, Advertising or Application Development Organization
