They seek to hire a Chef to run the Kitchen operations.
Duties & Responsibilities
Duties & Responsibilities
- Produce of food items according to the orders/ recipes
- Supervise and maintain high standards of quality and proficiency in the kitchen
- Maintain high levels of personal hygiene.
- Place orders with food suppliers
- Receive and check food deliveries from suppliers
- Perform stock counts to ensure all items are available
- To train and improve skills of subordinates
Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma / Certificate in Culinary / Catering / Hospitality / Food and Beverage
- 2 years experience as a chef in a busy restaurant
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Excellent computer skills
