Soft Drinks Plant National Sales Manager Job in South Sudan

Company:  an established FMCG organization has set up a Soft Drinks plant in Southern Sudan 
 
Job Title: National Sales Manager
 
Location: South Sudan
 
Reports to: Head International business Development
 
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Implements national sales and marketing programs by developing field marketing and sales action plans.
  • To set up a sales staff team by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees that are aggressive and hungry for success.
  • To Identify and maintain cordial relationship with Key decision makers in the country.
  • To oversee all country specific product testing processes, launch and approvals.
  • To meet monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets and grow sales year on year.
  • To analyze market and sales information to determine industry and sales trends and potential in S. Sudan.
Required Skills, Experience and Qualifications

  • Professional sales and marketing graduate qualifications is a must.
  • At least 7 years of progressive bottom-up sales and marketing experience involving promoting and selling systems or concepts that increase client sales and brand value
  • At least 7 years of progressive bottom-up sales and marketing experience involving promoting and selling systems or concepts that increase client sales and brand value
  • A minimum of 5 years’ sales experience in an FMCG soft Drinks sales background and company of repute is a must.
  • An individual with the highest levels of energy, determination and sales ability is a must, a go-getter / self-starter able to take initiative and operate in a start-up environment which is both demanding and multicultural
