Positions Overview: Our client, Oryx International General Services Co., Ltd. has an urgent requirement for 32 technical and management staff at a leading Dairy Farm in Libya with a dynamic value addition facility in Misrata.

Job Description
  • Responsible and take the leader for all aspects of a product development project (Execute up scaling/ feasibility trials from pilot plant to factories from brief to commercialization. 
  • Creating, Reviewing approves procedures ( SOPs, GMP, HACCP…) and other documents (work instructions, policiers) and elaborate specifications for Raw material, SFG,FG, Packaging material for dairy, biscuit&ice cream factories and follow up its implementation.      
  • Prepare product declarations and nutritional information for the marketing team and prepare product specifications for the quality team.
  • Plan, prioritize and analyze tasks, to ensure tests are done in a timely manner and there are no delays in products improvement or development.
  • Carry out lab trial and organize sensory review to ensure samples meet marketing brief 
  • Developing solutions for operations problems ( problem resolving & technical analyses and decision making) and demonstrate continues effort to improve operations.     
  • Develop training schedule and provide training for R&D staff  
Skills / Experience
  • University graduated in Science and Food Engineering background or equivalent 
  • Strong communication and influencing skill
  • Understanding, implementing and verification ISO 9001 & ISO 22000, managing QC document.
  • Complete understanding of R&D processes
  • Minimum 4 years experience in quality control filed with dairy company. 
General Terms of Engagement for all Positions
  1. Working hours are 8hours per day, 6 days per week (Friday is the off day);
  2. 30 days paid vacation per year/ annual leave;
  3. Engagement is on one year & renewable contracts;
  4. Insurance cover is provided for work antecedents;
  5. The salary & benefits depend on the qualifications, position and experience, thus it could be vary from one candidate to another;
  6. The company will provide accommodation for all foreign employees with Security;
  7. A return flight ticket to Libya is paid by the company once a year;
  8. For Visa applications and processing, the fees for the Candidate Country (including Libyan embassy ) will be paid by the candidate himself while the fees in Libya for the immigration office will be paid by the company;
  9. The location of the company in Misrata City, northern Libya;
