Our client in the FMCG industry requires 6 brand executives to be in charge of the different brands in their category.
 

Duties

• Ensuring that the brands that fall under their domain resonate with current and potential customers.
• Continuously monitor marketing trends and keep a close eye on competitive products in the marketplace.
• Regularly meet with clients and senior management, to deliver reports on brand performance.
• Serve as the point-person for developing, implementing and executing marketing initiatives and activities for their particular brand.
• Organize activities events, Campaigns (print, social media, broadcast, etc.) and corporate responsibility programs.
• In charge of than executing marketing campaigns;
• Managing and developing P&L and driving market growth.

Skills Required

• At least two years experience in brand management or marketing
• Strong analytical skills, business savvy and the ability to multitask are all essential.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong research and analytical skills
• A willingness to listen
• Ability to think creatively and innovatively
• Budget-management skills and proficiency
• Professional judgment and discretion
• Skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges
• Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in the market place.

Education: Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in marketing or in business with a concentration in marketing.

On the other hand we expect you to have excellent knowledge in marketing and related areas (advertising, market research, consumer behavior, marketing analytics)
