Job Role: The specialist will be thoroughly conversant with the latest ACL software releases, implementation steps and advanced data interrogation and analysis steps
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Order to Cash > Sales Order Processing, Cash and Credit Sales, Credit Management Systems, Cash and Bank master etc
- Purchase to Pay > Requisitioning, Tendering and Quotation, Order processing, Receiving, Invoicing, credit terms management, payment and reconciliations. Creditor & Supplier account management
- Supply Chain > requisition and replenishment planning, stocks management, utilizations and through put, batch handling and accounting, product costing and margin management, dispatch fulfillment and accounting etc
- Fixed Assets Life cycle > CAPEX Planning, Capital budget controls, requisition, usage control and monitoring, maintenance schedules and cycles, custodial responsibility and existence verification etc
- Record to report > data integrity and faithful representation, classification, account accuracy and existence, provisions, collectability etc
Qualification and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Business.
- ACL Advanced knowledge
- Able to set up ACL projects and continuous Auditing scripts.
