Roles & Responsibilities:- Sourcing, processing and uploading product information
- Training marketplace merchants in Jumia’s tools and best practices at Jumia’s and sellers’ offices
- Liaises with other departments such as Acquisition, Buying, Operations and Production to ensure initial assortment is put online in a timely manner
- Identify and execute on opportunities to improve and automate processes
Qualifications & Experience:
- Excellent written English
- Good computer skills: ability to quickly learn new software and tools, excel and photoshop a plus
- High attention to detail
- Good organisational skills including prioritising, time management and multi-tasking
- Great communicator, friendly and approachable
