- A Degree holder in environmental conservation on related field i.e. Natural Resources, Wildlife Management or Environmental Science.
- Minimum age of 30 years.
- At least 3 years relevant working experience and 1 year experience in a managerial position i.e able to run a centre with minimum supervision.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Commitment and enthusiasm for environmental conservation and sustainable development
- Excellent organizational and a time management skills
- Good management of accounts
