Title: Local Country Manager

General Purpose of Position:
Our client is in search of a full time “local” Country Head to manage their operations in Kenya, Tanzania and Uganda.
The successful candidate must have a natural eye for quality workmanship.

Our client is in search of a full time “local” Country Head to manage their operations in Kenya, Tanzania and Uganda.
The successful candidate must have a natural eye for quality workmanship.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Overall Head of Country merchandising and sales team operations within Kenya (Nairobi), Tanzania (Dar) and Uganda (Kampala)
- Managing a team of supervisors, field operations personnel and an administrator
- Interfacing (presenting and managing) local client relationships and ensuring business growth locally
- Liaising and reporting to BTL Consulting HQ, clients and partners
Qualifications:
- A minimum of a Bachelors degree.
Requisite Experience:
- Excellent presentation skills using Microsoft Office applications.
- Retail experience is a plus.
- The successful candidate must be able to work independently with excellent Entrepreneurial, Administrative and Communication abilities.
- Energy and enthusiasm are an absolute necessity.
- Strong, positive references a plus
- Minimum age 26 years and 3 years work experience at Senior levels.
Remuneration:
- USD300 – USD400 plus lucrative performance incentives
