Our client, an established manufacturer of taps, bathroom and kitchen fittings is looking for a Sales Coordinator. This role involves managing the Showroom business including Over the Counter sales in assigned territory in order to support in achieving the company’s mission.

Our client, an established manufacturer of taps, bathroom and kitchen fittings is looking for a Sales Coordinator. This role involves managing the Showroom business including Over the Counter sales in assigned territory in order to support in achieving the company’s mission.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, activate and maintain an updated database of over the counter sales & Showrooms, to secure revenue growth opportunities in the market
- Coordinate segmentation & classification of accounts according to the standards across the region; support the accounts in any issues that can help the company be successful in the market
- Closely monitor the operations of the accounts (sales, stock levels, etc.) on a regular basis; participate in the target setting process for the accounts, and ongoing guide them towards achieving the targets
- Maintain an excellent relationship with over the counter & Showroom staff, to ensure their awareness and knowledge of products, prices, etc.; identify their training needs; support them to ensure the best quality display at the point of sales .
- Enhance penetration in over the counter sales & Showrooms by placing the products in visible and premium locations, in line with the company’s objectives and plans
- Execute the promotional campaigns throughout the market; oversee product launches and sales promotions from the conception phase to implementation; contribute in the sell in/sell out promotion cycle in collaboration with the Marketing department
- Make a regular SWOT analysis in order to be up to date to the market threats, and defend the company’s leadership position in the market; monitor and report competition activities (promotions, campaigns, new product launching, pricing, etc.); monitor and report any product imitation case and provide the company with the necessary documentation; monitor and report any relevant changes in the legislation
- Update Company integrated database with accurate and timely information as required.
Key Skills and Knowledge
- Must be a holder of University Degree/ Diploma in Business or Marketing related field.
- Minimum 5 years similar experience preferably in a multinational environment
- Excellent sales orientation and networking skills
- Ability to interpret market and sales data
- Good ability to professionally interact with various cultures
