Real Estate Sales & Marketing Executive
Reporting to the Managing Director; the roles include;
· Responsible for Sales
of the Company’s properties
· Follow up leads
generated , conduct effective meetings and close deals
· Find new clients to
meet sales target
· Marketing the real
estate’s – creating marketing strategies within set targets and budgets
· Prepare and execute
sales presentations and monthly sales reports.
· General office
administration including maintaining customer accounts and collections.
Qualifications
· University graduate
(business studies) or equivalent
· Minimum 3 years
experience, preferably marketing real estates
· Good communication
skills and IT literacy
· High integrity,
results and growth oriented with ability to deliver with minimum supervision.
· Accounting skills
& clean driving license would be an added advantage
