- Should hold a diploma in medical laboratory technology from a reputable institution. (preferably Kenya medical training college or Kenya polytechnic)
- Must be registered with the Kenya Medical Laboratory Technicians & Technologists Board.
- Minimum KCSE C+
- Should have worked in an established busy laboratory for at least 3 years
- Should be ready to work for long hours under no supervision
- Must be an honest person and able to keep clients secrets
- Should possess good communication and clients handling skills.
