A leading supplier for world class hospitality products including cutlery, branded toiletries and fine bedding is looking for a HR Officer.
Reporting to the Managing Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for:
Key Responsibilities;
- Developing and implementing Human Resources management policies.
- Responsible for recruitment of required personnel.
- Responsible for the implementation of performance management system within the organization
- Advise management on performance contracting strategies and fast track the same.
- Responsible for leave management within the organization.
- Responsible for appraisal tools development as well as conducting effective appraisals.
- Ensuring employees are motivated and on track to achieve company goals and objectives.
Qualifications/
Experience
- Bachelors degree in HRM/ Higher Diploma in HRM from a recognized institution
- A minimum of 4 years in a busy HR environment
- Good knowledge of the Kenyan Labour Laws
- Self starter with an entrepreneurial mind set
- Good interpersonal skills
- Organized self disciplined personality with high integrity
- Some experience in the hospitality industry is an added.
