highly reputable Construction company based in Mombasa is looking for personnel
to fill the above mentioned job positions for one of its projects sites in Meru.

The incumbent should have 2 years experience in a busy Hr set up, Should have at least a Diploma in Human resources Management from a reputable institution, and must be conversant with the current labour laws must be able to work under pressure.

The incumbent should have 2 years experience in a busy Hr set up, Should have at least a Diploma in Human resources Management from a reputable institution, and must be conversant with the current labour laws must be able to work under pressure.
Key duties and responsibilities will be:
- Assisting the Site manager is Site administrative activities
- Employee record keeping management of relevant site related documents;
- Maintaining employee files and the HR filing system at site level
- Ensuring that collection of all necessary data from employees is done in a timely manner
- Preparing reports as requested by the HRM or Site Manager
- Should have at least 3 Years experience in the relevant filed,
- Should posses a Degree in mechanical Engineering automotive Option (preferably),
- should combine understanding technical skills in design and engineering with excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
- They should be rigorous, pragmatic and on-the-ground, solution focused - not overly academic.
