The Kenyan Runner Magazine, the premier athletics magazine in Kenya, which has been in existence for over one year and based in Nairobi South C is seeking to recruit a Sales & Marketing Executive whose job description shall include;
1. Aggressively selling advertising in the magazine, which is published quarterly;
2. Aggressively selling advertising on the magazine website, updated daily;
3. Negotiating advertising sales and partnerships;
4. Marketing the magazine;
5. Formulating the Sales Strategy;
6. Preparing weekly progress reports;
The successful candidate is required to have the following qualifications:
- A degree or diploma in sales and marketing;
- A demonstrated success in sales, preferably in the media industry;
- Self driven;
- Well spoken, confident and presentable;
- Strategic, Innovative and persuasive;
- A demonstrated interest in sports will be an added advantage;
The
