Main Responsibilities
- Lead the Marketing function
- Develop Creative Concepts for Branding & Advertising
- Developing a fully integrated Marketing plan
- To take the lead from the current outside agencies and develop an internal framework for marketing and advertising.
- Development of the Media Plan
- Control and preparation of the department budget.
- Monitor Brand Performance with key marketing measures
- liaison with the media houses & manage all production
- Mentor and develop the team
Required
Qualifications
- Good academic education.
- Minimum 5 – 7 years marketing experience in FMCG branded business.
- Proof of international scope.
- Managing an NPD process from conception/briefing through to implementation.
- Communication experience in working with creative agencies and control of creative process through to implementation.
- Good understanding of the production opportunities & limitations.
