building and construction company is looking for a Quantity
Surveyor for a monthly salary of Kshs. 50,000.
The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for preparing the bill of quantities, which is an estimate of the cost of carrying out a construction project and he/she keeps track of costs to determine whether the project is profitable.
Primary Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities
- Preparation of the Bill of Quantities
- Develop Materials and Labour Schedule
- Preparation of project budget
- Profit and loss projections
- Project analysis and tracking
Abilities
and skills needed
- Advanced technical education in construction - Degree/Higher National Diploma in Building and Construction or quantity survey or HND in Quantity Survey or equivalent
- Three years experience in the construction sector
- Excellent planning skills
- Analytical mind
