Commercial Director
Key Specifications and Requirements
- Develop and position the company brand offer to achieve the highest level of customer preference and satisfaction
- Development and implementation of effective e-business and distribution strategy for optimal availability of products
- Establish and grow customer relationship, result in increased business.
- Plan and control annual sales and distribution budget to cost effectively achieve the objectives set in the sales plan.
- To drive the sales and marketing plan for the Company to deliver the budgeted objectives
- To develop and strengthen distribution channels for maximum revenue.
- To identify new sales opportunities and take steps to implement them for new revenue streams
- Develop and service trade and/or corporate partners to maximize loyalty and revenue generation
- Masters of business Administration
- University Business Degree (Marketing or Commence) with more than 7 years management experience in an airline.
- Post graduate Diploma or membership of a recognized sales or marketing organization such as CIM
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
