Motivate We Consulting (MWC), a leading firm in executive search seeks to fill up the following positions for one of its clients in the Aviation industry:
Revenue Officer
Key Specifications and Requirements
- Monitoring, validating and influencing segment forecast
- Recognizing and pro-actively adjusting forecast to changing passenger flows due to market events, economies, schedules, competition etc.
- Setting up and maintaining communication links with the various Sales and other relevant departments to ensure coordination and flow of feedback of market conditions and feedback
- Monitoring booking behavior to ensure that the segment demand develops as expected and take corrective actions when necessary
- Develop competitive fares and conditions of sale per market, per route to meet the set targets in terms of revenue, yield and passenger numbers
- A degree with strong emphasis on a business related field e.g., Statistics, Economics Mathematics or Commerce.
- Excellent skills in analysis for high quality commercial solutions Strong planning and project management skills
- Flexible attitude towards frequently changing priorities and demands
- Previous Revenue Management experience preferred
- Revenue Management experience in the airline industry is an added advantage
- Knowledge of fares, ticketing and reservation systems an added advantage
Inventory and Assets Manager
Key Specifications and Requirements
- He/she should possess a degree with a preference in Logistics or related discipline
- He/ she must have five (5) or more years experience in Stockroom Management Preferably within the aviation industry.
- The individual should also have two (2) or more years of proven supervisory experience
- Must possess Technical Proficiency in the areas of inventory control and warehouse management.
- Must have the ability to get results through employee involvement and engagement.
- Must have the ability to lead and develop others.
- Must have strong organizational, analytical, self management and goal setting skills.
- He/she should be an energetic team player with demonstrated interpersonal skills.
