- Overseas all operations and ensure smooth running of the restaurant.
- Prepare work schedule
- Ensure that clients get the highest standard of service
- Delegate and control department budgets.
- Identify supplies with the most competent prices.
- Set standards of operations
- Steer the restaurant towards increased productivity
Key
Job Qualifications
- Degree in hotel management.
- Should have had at least 5 years experience at high level management.
- Must be computer literate with a vast knowledge of computer.
Attributes
- High level of integrity
- Honest , reliable and self driven
- Good command in written and oral English.
- Able to work long hours.
- Customer oriented.
Salary: 60,000-100,000/-
