We are recruiting an aggressive and outgoing salesperson to fill the position of a sales executive.
Department: Sales & Marketing
Reports to: Sales Manager
Objective: Actively contribute to the sales performance and achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and values & establish plans and strategies to expand the customer base country wide.
Responsibilities:

Objective: Actively contribute to the sales performance and achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and values & establish plans and strategies to expand the customer base country wide.
Responsibilities:
- Preparing individual action plans as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects.
- Initiating and coordinating development of action plans to penetrate new markets.
- Account management to both new and existing clients.
- Providing timely management reports to the supervisor regarding performance against the set targets.
- Responsible for tracking customer information, forecasts and reports, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin.
- Creating and conducts proposal presentations and assist the Sales Team and forward reports to the head office.
- Preparation of proposals and presentations on company products.
- Adhering to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented throughout.
- Responsible for tracking customer information, forecasts and reports and Market Intelligence.
- Maintaining contact with all clients in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Demonstrating ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees.
- Any other responsibilities that may be given to you by the Management.
Minimum
Qualification
- A degree/higher diploma in sales & marketing from a recognizable institution.
- At least 4 years experience in target sales.
- Must have excellent presentation skills.
- Must be able to work under minimum supervision.
