specialize in manufacturing of garments, and promotional material, for both
local and export market.
They are expanding into the East Africa region, and they will soon be releasing their own exciting clothing line into both the Kenyan market, and the region.
They

1. Sales Manager
This position reports to the Managing Director, and is responsible for managing sales of the company products, while ensuring consistent, profitable growth in revenues through positive planning, deployment and management of sales personnel.
Identifies
objectives, strategies and action plans to improve short- and long-term sales
and earnings.
The sales manager will be responsible for driving sales growth in the new markets within East Africa, and to drive volumes for the new clothing line.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide
leadership to the sales team to ensure achievement of the sales targets.
- Ensure
accurate forecasting of revenue streams, monthly, quarterly and annually.
- Build
and maintain positive relationship with clients.
- A
hunter, with ability to consistently expand the company base by bringing
on board new clients.
- Coaching
and motivating the sales teams for continuous growth
- Ensure
accurate monthly sales reports are compiled and submitted timely, and
sales team performance is effectively monitored.
- Keep
abreast of market and customer information and on future buying trends.
Qualifications
& Experience
- Holder
of business related bachelor’s degree from a recognized university
- A
post graduate qualification in sales and marketing will be an added
advantage.
- A
high degree of strategic, commercial aptitude and excellent communication
skills
- Should
possess strong team leadership skills, persuasive and negotiation skills,
as well as be computer literate
- At
least 5 years experience in leading a sales team in a fast paced business
environment
- Remuneration
package includes a basic salary range of ksh. 80,000 – 100,000 plus target
based commission, and other benefits.
2. Human Resources Manager
This position reports to the Managing Director, and is responsible for guiding and managing Human Resource programs, policies and procedures.
The
HRM will also be responsible for driving Capability development for the
organization.
He/she
requires to understand the impact of people on the overall objectives of the
business and develop strategies to maximize on the Human Capital to optimize
productivity.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Developing
and Managing HR policies and procedures, and ensure effective management
of the HR function
- Drive
staff recruitment and selection
- Managing
& developing reward system, and putting in place effective talent
retention strategies
- Drive
Learning, Training and Development for the whole organization; ensure
staff development needs are established and corrective interventions
implemented for all staff. Ensure adequate training budgets are catered
for and effectively utilized.
- Ensure
all HR related documentation is well maintained and up-to-date; and the
company fully complies with labour regulation.
- Promote
adequate health and safety measures, and ensure relevant policies and
procedures are effected
- Support
the line management to ensure robust performance management processes are
in place
- Steer
creation of a work environment that is positive and motivating to
employees
Qualifications
& Experience
- Posses
a Bachelors degree in a business related field as well as a higher diploma
in Human Resource management.
- Sound
knowledge of labour laws
- Demonstrated
experience in the area of Learning & Development, including Training
Need analysis, and training delivery.
- Minimum
3 years experience in Human Resource management.
- A
Mature person, with good computer knowledge, organizational behavior,
strong communication and interpersonal skills and team player.
- Background
in FMCG or manufacturing sector is an added advantage.
- A
