Associate Professor (Education)
Should be a scholar with high credentials in academic, research and
administration fields.
Qualifications and Experience
Should:
- Be
at least an Associate Professor with an earned PhD In Educational
Curriculum Development/ Management and Administration or its equivalent
from a recognized University.
- Should
have served as a Senior Lecturer for at least 5 years.
- Demonstrate
leadership skills and management of academic programmes at university
level.
- Have
proven capacity to promote learning, teaching, and research and
development in a university, and experience problem based learning weaving
knowledge with practical skills to transform situations in the society.
- Demonstrate
Evangelical Christian Commitment
The

Duties and Responsibilities
The Professor will be in charge of coordinating teaching, examinations,
research, academic records, certification, and academic support services, as
well as linkage to partnership practice.
The position provides secretariat to the Senate and its Sub-committees and is
answerable to the Head of Department - Education.
Senior Lecturer (Education)

served in Senior Academic positions for at least 3 years.

development in a university, and experience problem based learning weaving
knowledge with practical skills to transform situations in the society.
- Demonstrate

Terms and Conditions of Service
The terms and conditions for both positions entail a competitive remuneration
package which includes basic salary, generous housing allowance, medical cover,
leave allowance.
The position is on performance based five (5) year contract, renewable once.
