To effectively grow our client base and product offering, we are looking for
qualified individuals to fill the position of:-
Agency Training & Development Manager
Reporting to the National Sales Manager this position is to design and
implement comprehensive sales training programmes aimed at enabling the retail
sales team achieve set corporate objectives by performing the following key
tasks;
- Designing
sales skills modules and certification training programmes in consultation
with the Regional Sales Managers\Sales Managers and the National Sales
Manager
- Inducting
the Newly recruited financial planners and Sales Managers into the UAP way
of selling – carrying out the on- boarding training process
- Imparting
product & process training to sales team
- Carrying
out joint sales calls with Sales Managers for high net worth individuals
profiles and also to profile successful financial planners
- Monitoring
advisor activation
- Ensuring
full compliance and certification of financial advisors and sales managers
across the business
- Providing
one on one coaching and field training in conjunction with sales managers
- Assisting
Sales Managers and Regional Sales Managers in advisor recruitments by
conducting career sessions
Job
Requirements
- Bachelors
Degree in Commerce, Economics, Education, Finance or any other business
related field is desirable.
- 2-4
years’ experience in Management and or training of a sales team in a bank
or insurance industry, 1 of which must be training delivery in a reputable
Life Insurance Company.
- Qualifications
in training and development will be an added advantage.

communications and inter personal skills
