Responsibilities
The responsibilities for the Accountant include:
- Participates
in month-end and year-end closing in an accurate and timely manner

The Receptionist/Customer Support Assistant will be a valuable
member of Holivine's Customer Support Department and is responsible
for delivering exemplary service and support toHoliviness external
and internal customers.
Responsibilities include;
- Greets
all incoming callers using a spirit of optimism, tact and
professionalism. Realize the perception of Holivine is borne from
routine interactions with our customers. Recognize that the
voice of the customer" often comes from routine
interactions. Utilize effective listening skills to determine
the nature of incoming calls and assure the callers you will
do what is necessary to answer their inquiries or resolve
their complaints. Attempt to provide a response at the first
point of contact. Expected response-time if a callback is necessary,
is within 24 hours.
- Responds
to all incoming e-mails in a timely manner using good
judgment, grammar and world-class quality in all written interactions.
A personalized response is preferable, unless an automated
response has been approved. If necessary, use Excel, Word or
other software to deliver a professional document. Expected
