Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience working with trainings and managements systems in the public and private sectors, publicly funded organizations and NGOs.
• Prior experience on USAID-funded projects
• Established track record of achieving results within difficult working environments is required
• An appropriate post graduate degree in a relevant field.
• A postgraduate degree. 
• An Accounting/Finance/business background preferable
