Terms of Reference for the consultancy may be requested through email

Interested parties should:-
- Have and demonstrated experience in election observation Infrastructure and operations
- Demonstrate experience and expertise of donor funded projects
- Enclose CV’s of the principal consultants and include a company profile
Interested
and qualified firms are invited to submit their bids for this
consultancy.
Bids
should be accompanied by a technical proposal highlighting the methodology and
work plan and a financial proposal.

Completed bids should be received on or before Thursday 17th May 2012 at 16.30 hours.
Any
bid received at CGD offices after the deadline will not, therefore, be
considered.

short-listed candidates will be contacted.
CGD
reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and is not bound to give reasons
for its actions.
