Job
Purpose: Receive,
shelve/store, distribute and dispatch material
Main
Responsibilities
- Receive, shelve/store, distribute and dispatch material.
- Possess ability to operate and enter information in a computerized inventory system.
- Possess the ability to identify consumable items required as stock parts and there stock level.
- Maintain minimum stock level of consumable items.
- Inspect items, as to quality and quantity against delivery documents.
- Communicate gypsum stock level, deliveries and dispatch on a daily basis.
- Possess ability to undertake quarterly stock reconciliation and zeroing.
Required
Qualifications
- Diploma in purchasing and supplies
- CIPS.
- At least Three years in a similar role
- Knowledge in preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of plant
- Must be willing to work in Garissa, Kenya
- Computer literate(Must)
- Driving ( Advantage)
- Good communication skills and sense of speech
- Able to work independently
