Requirements:
- Must
have 2 years experience as a technical Customer support in the
Telkom Industry
- Should
be ready to work 12 hr shifts
- Knowledge
and understanding of Customer Service strategies e.g. people, Customer,
value adding, efficiencies and KPIs
- Manage
relationship with customers and internal teams to deliver services to the
customers
- Manage

- Good
knowledge of telecom industry with preferably good understanding of
telecom product specifications Telecom services
- Customer
oriented
- Self
motivated and Excellent organisation skills with strong attention to
detail
- Excellent
analytical and specification skills

calm and focused under pressure
- Excellent
Problem solving skills
Education
:
- Degree/Diploma
in Information Technology, Computer science ,Telecommunications
Engineering
Role
and Responsibility ;
- The
successful candidate will cater for Customer care interface with network
- Receive
tickets from customer care and follow up with relevant sections for
resolution and update customer care).
- Liaise
with other departments in order to resolve Customer complaints.
- Handle
internal network issue escalation on 122 and follow for resolution and
update the customer (complainant)
- Will
be involved in carrying out roaming daily tests
- ILD
daily tests
- Manage
relationship with customers and internal teams to deliver services to the
customers
