- Efficient
running and profitability of the salon by ensuring that client count
numbers are maintained
- Initiating
marketing strategies and spear heading their implementation by the team
- Ensuring
all hairdressing standards and client services are carried out according
to company policies.
- Organizing
training for the members of staff from time to time
- Encouraging
and motivating all staff to maximum potential, both technically and
professionally for their individual benefit and future growth of the
company.
- Communicating
through all staff levels on company policies and procedures, staff
changes, company’s future plans, management’s satisfaction and
dissatisfaction
