In compliance with the provisions of the Constitution of Kenya 2010 and the County Government Act No. 17 of 2012, the Governor’s Office invites suitable competent and highly qualified persons to fill the following vacancy:
 

Secretary to the County Public Service Board
 

Requirements and competencies
 

For appointment to this position, the person should;

1. Be a Kenyan citizen;
2. Be in possession of a first degree from a university recognized in Kenya;
3. Have a working experience of not less than five years;
4. Satisfy the requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution on Leadership and integrity;
5. Be a professional who demonstrates absence of breach of the relevant professional code of conduct;
6. Be a certified Public Secretary of good professional standing;
7. Have capacity to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines;
8. Be committed to be part of a team that will enable the County Government achieve her vision;
