IT Firm Customer Service Job in Kenya

A well established Information Technology firm is looking forward to recruit suitable candidates for Customer Service position.
 

Eligible candidates should meet the following requirements;

• Degree in Commerce, Business Administration or Communications
• Must be able to present him/her self professionally
• Should be flexible to work for long hour
• Mature person aged between 25 – 30 years
• Should have 1- 2 years experience in a similar/related area
• Must be presentable in carrying out duties with high level of professionalism
• Should be able to analyze and facilitate strategic and operational activities
• Should be able to manage all the primary components of a typical computer system
