A property agency involved in sales & marketing of prime properties is looking for a real estate professional to perform the following specific duties:
 

Scout for new developments and get into binding arrangements with owners/developers. 
 

Respond to enquiries from interested buyers and organize site visits for viewing. 
 

Take interested buyers to the site(s), and professionally sell to them.
 

Keep up to date records of all buyers that have viewed the properties.
 

Follow up with serious buyers on matters financing and eventual payments.
 

You need to possess the following:

• Genuine experience in the real estate sector, meaning you really understand how this industry works and have worked there for some time.
• Some connections and networks in Kenya’s prime real estate industry would help.
• You must definitely be an honest person.
• Ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Presentable.
