We are seeking out going, mature, self-driven, go getter professionals to take up the positions:
Quality Control Supervisor
4 Positions
- Ensure the dairy products meet quality standards such ISO 22000 and the system used in QC is properly maintained.
- Identify operations problems and issues regarding quality of the products, develop solutions (problem resolving & technical analyses and decision making) and demonstrate continues effort to improve operations and customer satisfactions
- Verify and monitoring critical control point and parameters for completion as per established by food safety program
- Investigate all non-conformities raised by both internal and external source ( including product and customer s complaint follow up) to find root problem in order to minimize returned goods and justified customer s complaint.
- Verify sanitation procedures through pre-operational inspection and microbial swab analysis.
- Maintain the checklist of inspection process used in the dairy company and analyze operational documentations.
- Regular check during making process steps and on line product analysis results during the production process to provide optimum quality level of finished products.
Skills / Experience
- Minimum 4 years experience in quality control filed with dairy company.
- University graduated in Science and Food Engineering background or equivalent
- Understanding, implementing and verification ISO 9001 & ISO 22000, managing QC document.
- Manpower handling skills, management skills, knowledge in customer service.
- Arabic and excellent communication skills in English.
- Ability to interact with others to report problems and help devise solutions.

- Working hours are 8hours per day, 6 days per week (Friday is the off day);
- 30 days paid vacation per year/ annual leave;
- Engagement is on one year & renewable contracts;

- The salary & benefits depend on the qualifications, position and experience, thus it could be vary from one candidate to another;
- The company will provide accommodation for all foreign employees with Security;
- A return flight ticket to Libya is paid by the company once a year;
- For Visa applications and processing, the fees for the Candidate Country (including Libyan embassy ) will be paid by the candidate himself while the fees in Libya for the immigration office will be paid by the company;
